Big news! Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have officially welcomed their first child into the world. They confirmed the news via Instagram this morning.
They were married in St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle on May 19, 2018 in a truly history-making ceremony.
Of course, the whole Internet was screaming and squealing with excitement that another royal baby would be welcomed into the family so soon.
Will they have a boy or girl? Will he or she be born in the morning or evening? People were dying to find out!
The wait is finally over.
If your birthday is today, you now share you birthday with a royal! Lucky you!
The world has been eagerly awaiting the arrival of their son or daughter for the last few months.
It wasn't much longer that we learned she had given birth to a baby boy.
They shared that their son weighs a healthy 7lbs. 3oz.
"Meghan and myself had a baby boy early this morning," he said.
"It's been the most amazing experience I could ever possibly imagine," he added, with a big smile on his face.
The royal couple continued to receive so many congratulatory and positive messages about the news on the post.
We have yet to see a traditional baby photo op outside of the hospital on the steps, but I'm sure it won't be long before we do see some first photos!
In the coming days, we will see a photo of Meghan and Harry's little one, taken during a private photography session in their home. This is likely when we will also learn the name.
Congrats to the new parents!
