Teacher Turns Her Classroom Into A Mini Target For Students, Complete With A Starbucks

You know you've taken your love of Target to the next level when you create something that's so unusual people will start writing about it. That's exactly what one Nashville teacher did for her students.

She created a Target shopping experience in her classroom so kids can experience it first hand. Hee, hee. You gotta see this.

Theresa Yarber designed this Dollar Spot corner just like real Target store so her students can learn to share and count.

Target

Isn't this this the cutest thing you've ever seen?

Just check out the creativity here.

Theresa recycled a shoebox lid to make a price scanner and I can't believe how cute this little shopping cart looks. So adorable.

I think the Bullseye would be so proud if he saw this space.

Don't you think? Hee, hee. I can't believe the lengths some teachers go to these days.

Speaking of Bullseye, he also makes an appearance in this super fun and educational space.

Target

I bet the kids get a kick out of seeing him.

She even gives the kids their very own Starbucks experience, LOL! What a way to start them young. Right? I dunno about that but hey I bet it's fun.

Okay, just the thought of Starbucks makes me start jonesing for some java now.

Where is my pumpkin spice latte? I gotta get me one of those ASAP.

Looks like a lot of work went into making this space as fun and as interactive for the kids as it could be.

Target

I give props to this imaginative teacher.

This teacher's goal was to get kids excited to go to school instead of just offering a regular experience.

This way they get to learn and play all at once.

Wow, I wish I had teachers like this when I was this little.

Back then I pretty much had to just rely on my own imagination and daydreaming.

If you didn't get enough inspiration from Theresa's Target store pop-up she has more themes coming up.

Target

Like this cool pumpkin patch she's working on now.

This is such a neat way to teach kids everyday things where they can use their math skills like counting, adding, subtracting and so on.

Target

This is super creative.

Theresa usually comes up with ideas for her classroom decor about a month or two before she starts creating the space.

Target

I wonder what else she'll come up with.

She even came up with this awesome DIY medieval castle for the kiddos to enjoy.

Target

Wow, this is really impressive. This lady is definitely one of a kind.

I think it's amazing to see a teacher take so much time out of her life to make the learning experience for her kids that much more special.

Hats off to her!
