Confession time! I am a member of the estimated 14% of people who are incapable of enjoying the popular herb called cilantro. It tastes like a mouthful of dish soap and ruins any dish it touches.
Frankly, it makes enjoying entire national cuisines, like Mexican or Vietnamese, difficult for me. I really want to like them, but it's a minefield of leafy greens.
My stomach churned a little bit at the very thought.
"The distinctively aromatic cilantro combines with playful notes of ripe, juicy limes, and finishes with a subtle hint of herbaceous spice."
Doesn't that sound nice? I really wish I wasn't doomed to be left out of it.
Just stuff a bunch of fresh cilantro into plain vodka, wait a couple of days, and voila! Soapy booze!
I hear this stuff's good in a Bloody Mary.
