16+ Times People Held Onto The Weirdest Things

People can get sentimental about the weirdest things, and can often find strange ways to hold onto these weird things!

Now, some of the things on this list may not be for the light hearted. However, please enjoy a healthy mix of horrifically unsettling jewellery and cute yet weird letters in these 16+ times people held onto the weirdest things!

"Earrings made from Raccoon penis bones..."

If you are also concerned and alarmed by the phrase, "Penis bones," then don't worry, you are far from alone!

"My sister got her wisdom teeth pulled, coated them in resin, and turned them in to earrings. Save me."

Nope, just not a chance would I have those dangling from my ears. I can barely look at them without wincing. The smiley face is doing nothing to make them more adorable!

"1) Find a dead beetle. 2) Cover it in hot glue. 3) Fashion."

Someone pointed out that she was probably intending to do this with resin but didn't have any lying around. Hot glue is not a good substitute.

"'God bless all my clients' written with... hair."

I am sure that hair would start to be less weird if you were dealing with it all day, but it's still damn creepy man.

"My best friend got married yesterday, his sister held on to this for 20 years just for his wedding day."

At least this one ended up paying off! I love the idea that she knew exactly what she was going to do with this the moment he wrote it and actually saw the idea through!

"One of my Facebook friends made these earrings using her dog's baby teeth."

People have a really weird obsession with turning teeth into earrings it seems. But, maybe they should...y'know, stop!

"I think I’ll just knock..."

"Hey, Dave, can you let me in?"

"I didn't hear you ring the doorbell..."

"Please, don't make me ring it."

"Do it..."

"Fix things with random animal parts..."

I cannot count the amount of times that I have looked at an animal's severed body part and thought, "I'll hold onto that in case I ever need to fix my spatula!"

"Who would want this?"

This is weird even if you are a mother! Christ, this is some Silence Of The Lambs nonsense!

"My brother made this when he was younger in school for Christmas. It's known as 'The Angry Snowman' and is still put out every year with the decorations."

I actually love this, but it is pretty creepy. I feel like this angry little guy is a minion of Krampus.

"My grandma showed me this letter I sent her when I was 6. she has kept this for over 20 years."

I guess that this is kind of cute, but I don't think that I would like to keep every note in which I got called fat — unless it was to keep a track of who I needed revenge upon.

"I made a sweater out of dryer fluff."

Yes, yes you did made a sweater out of dryer fluff. Hopefully, one day, you will be able to see the heinous nature of this decision.

"I made a guitar out of a toilet seat. I do not know why."

Someone asked if it sounded like crap, but the person who made it said, "Damnedest thing is it plays and sounds pretty good."

"Home-sewn vest/hat set made of Crown Royal dust bags. Perfect for any party!"

This is actually really impressive that they managed to pull this off so well, but it still leaves me with the question...why?

When You Just Can't Bear To Part With Your Hair!

"So, do you like the cut?"

"Yeah, I love it. But, on an unrelated note, could I please have the hair that you cut off back possibly?"

Found In Grandma's Cupboard...

This person explained, "It was my grandma's 95th birthday so I cooked for her. I asked her where she kept the salt and she said 'I barely use salt, but if it's there, it's way in the back of the cabinet.' It turns out the only container of salt she has is dated from 1965!!! It worked, and salt doesn't really expire!"

"I put my guinea pig's bladder stone into a necklace lmao."

The person who did this also explained that they cleaned it and made sure that it didn't smell before doing this, which is...good, I guess.

"Molar bee ring!"

Why are people so obsessed with keeping the teeth that they get taken out of their mouth?! Guys, throw them away damn it!

"Engagement ring made of hair..."

Mmmm, yep, that seems like a very normal thing to do. It is amazing how thin the line between romantic and creepy is, isn't it?

"Clothes made from pull tabs!"

This is the most amazingly budget chain mail I have ever seen. I bet that it is wildly uncomfortable to wear though!
