Everything cactus-themed is super trendy right now, but it can be kind of pricey. And real cacti can get way up there in price, especially the larger ones. I love that Rebecca from The Crafted Sparrow made her own!
If you read my articles or know me at all, you probably know that I have a thing for plants. So much so that people send me plant-themed things all the time. I probably receive at least one "hey, here's a cactus thing" photo every single day. I'm not complaining though, I love it!
So it probably comes as no surprise that I love making plant-related things. This list is basically my current to-do list. Enjoy!

This is a project I'm shocked I haven't tried before! I've always wanted to make geometric hanging shapes like this, and I love plants. I can't wait to try this project from I Do Proyect!
I love using the nail polish technique to marble ceramics and other materials, but Stephanie from Hello Glow is a genius for doing it to terra-cotta, too! I'll definitely be giving this a shot.
Renee shared this project over on HomeTalk, and I love that it's a spin on the trendy concrete planters. I have way too many of those, so this is next on the list!
This is another DIY project that's been on my list forever! I've wanted to make plant-themed welcome mats for a while, but haven't gotten to it. Marwa from Enthralling Gumption is all the inspo I need!
I love personalized napkins for dinner parties! Sure they might get a bit messy, but this is a budget-friendly way to save money and still have cute napkins! Sarah from Sarah Hearts made this pretty example.
I think key chains are totally underrated. I brought back a sushi key chain from Japan for my colleague and she gets complimented on it all the time! I will definitely be making a monstera version like Lisa from Mein Feenstaub did very soon!
My dad used to joke that "basket weaving" was what not-so-smart athletes majored in when they went to Ivy League schools to play sports. However, basket weaving ain't easy, but Fransesca at Fall For DIY shows us how it's done!
Elisha from Pneumatic Addict is super handy with her power tools and created this fun DIY cactus jewelry holder! I just need to get a bit more comfortable with a jigsaw and I'll be golden!
I actually have almost the same thing that someone bought for me, but I'd like to try and make this for myself or a friend. Thanks to Christine at Collectively Christine for the inspiration.
Can you believe this sign is actually made out of foam? It looks so much like real wood! But Rebecca from The Crafted Sparrow had foam on hand, so she used it instead!
