Chris Evans Just Ended "Straight Pride" On His Twitter And It's Seriously Iconic

He's back at it again, folks!

Chris Evans, who is often known for ranting on Twitter (or posting cute videos of his dog) has just delivered some fresh amazing content for us.

So, the month of June is pride month.

LGBT+ folk celebrate throughout the month with events, a parade, and more.

It's the most wonderful time of the year.

And fun fact, in case you didn't know, Chris actually has a very personal connection to the LGBT community.

Not that you need to, to be a good supporter.

But his brother Scott is actually gay!

Anyway, so three straight men in Boston thought it would be a good idea to have a straight pride parade.

Yup. Straight pride.

The worst part of all? It was approved.

The world at large was not super excited.

Even Axe body spray had something to say on Twitter about this ridiculous news, much to the delight of some followers and the disappointment of others. Some said they would start buying Axe again, and others said they never would.

Obviously, the news enraged tons of people.

A lot of people spoke out about it, but Chris Evans is the one getting the special mention today.

Why is that?

Well, he's Hollywood's major player right now, so everything he does makes the news.

Plus, it was just really awesome.

He didn't bother with leaving survivors.

In case you didn't catch his sarcasm, he's not a fan of the straight pride parade.

He's just not having it at all.

All jokes aside, he tends to leave things on his Twitter encouraging people to learn and grow.

Let's take a closer look at the post Chris shared.

The post was written by professional writer James Fell, who went into detail about why Pride exists as a concept for the LGBT+ community.

James continues to outline the struggles of the community.

James took no prisoners in his call out of the organizers of the Straight Pride Parade, just like Chris, so it's no wonder Chris shared this message with all his followers too.

All-in-all, the internet still loves Chris Evans.

No matter your opinion, we can all agree on one thing:

Chris Evans is basically the real-life Captain America.
