It's actually a scene from Knocked Up where Katherine Heigl was also reported as being a drama queen, just as she was on Grey's Anatomy.
But she's not the only one. Everyone in the cast has been involved in cast drama.
She has confirmed that all that drama we hear about is all real.
She told her story to The Hollywood Reporter, "On the outside, we were a massive success, but there was all of this tumult on the inside."
