‘Bridgerton’ Series Creator Says The Show Could Run For 8 Seasons

If you're like one of the 63 MILLION people out there who have watched Netflix's latest series Bridgerton then you won't be surprised to hear how well it is doing for the streaming service.

Now, it's been revealed that the series could run for a MAGICAL 7 more seasons, Your Grace!

Not to be dramatic, but *Bridgerton* is the best series I have seen ALL YEAR. Get it, cause it's January.

This Shondaland series follows Regency London’s competitive marriage market, and the city's most affluent, and eligible singles. The show is based on the best-selling book series by Julia Quinn.

It is everything.

The series debuted on Christmas Day and has remained in the Netflix Top 10 ever since!

Now, Bridgerton's showrunner Chris Van Dusen is revealing his plan to have the show run for 8 SEASONS!

Speaking to Collider, Chris said: "This being a family of eight children and there being eight books, I would love to be able to focus and really tell stories and love stories for all the Bridgerton siblings. For each character, for sure. I would love that."

The second book follows Daphne Bridgerton's elder brother Anthony, who is on the hunt for a wife.

I would literally be SO happy to see this show go on for the next SEVEN YEARS!
