People Swear Pedialyte Freezer Pops Are The Perfect Summer Hangover Cure

Now that nice summer weather is here, many of us are really looking forward to having some drinks on a patio. And rightfully so since we've all been cooped up at home during this time.

But if you happen to indulge in one too many, I've got a super cool hangover remedy for you. It's Pedialyte freezer pops to the rescue.

Yes, you heard me right.

The same Pedialyte you've used as a remedy for your sick kids now comes in a cool freezer pop form. What? That's totally amazing. Isn't it? It sounds so refreshing, too. Ha, ha!

What happens when you have too much to drink?

Well, for one you may end up with a nasty hangover. But why does that happen? Alcohol is a diuretic meaning it makes you pee a lot, and that can lead to dehydration.

Another problem with alcohol is that drinks usually contain a lot of sugar.

This can cause such nasty symptoms as headaches that often accompany a hangover. Alcohol can also upset your stomach leading to nausea and vomiting, which is not pretty.

These are all signs that your body is out of whack.

You've now experienced an imbalance in your electrolytes. Did you know that Pedialyte has the same balance of electrolytes as your body? Wow, I definitely didn't know that.

So basically when you drink Pedialyte you are rehydrating and replenishing what you’ve lost after a night of hard partying. Ha, ha!

But what could be more fun than taking it in a freezer pop form? Huh? I can't think of anything — especially in the summer.

How smart is it of them to come up with a product like this?

I don't know if they initially intended it for that use. Perhaps it was just for the kids, but I'm pretty sure adults like it, too.

I've got even better news for you.

The freezer pops come in a variety of yummy flavors such as orange, blue raspberry, cherry, and grape. OMG, wow! So next time you throw a party why not just include those? Right?

You can stock up on them beforehand.

Just make sure you throw them in the freezer first. They actually come in a liquid form when you buy them, so they need to be frozen before use. Got that? Ha, ha!

I dunno about you, but I think the party season just got a little better now that I know about this product.

I'll be sure to stock up on some of these delicious flavors before I plan a night out.
