Show Off Your Succulent Collection With A DIY Succulent Sphere

What really hurts my feelings is the fact that I can't keep succulents alive. I can't. I either water them too much, not enough, spritzed their leaves at the wrong time, or didn't talk to them enough or something.

One day I hope succulents and I can be BFFs, because I would love to try out this DIY succulent sphere! If you're great pals with succulents, definitely give this project a try.

If succulents are your whole world, then you gotta give this DIY succulent sphere a try.

It's a super unique way to display your succulent collection, and let's be real—it's a great excuse to own even more.

There are a couple ways to go about creating a sphere of succulents.

YouTube | Garden Answer

YouTube channel Garden Answer uses a moss sphere with a built-in hanger to attach to a hook.

She also uses water with fertilizer in it, something sharp-ish, like a screwdriver, to pole holes into the moss for the succulents to fit into, and some pins to secure any succulents that are a little loose.

You can also attach two hanging baskets filled with and soil, and stick the succulents into the coco fiber.

Check out CBC Life's step-by-step tutorial on how to achieve a basket like this.

This style is great if you want to leave space between your succulents, and still have the sphere looking cute and stylish.

Why even choose which tutorial you like best? Try out both for some variation.
