'Community' Will Start Streaming On Netflix April 1st

After days, weeks, months, years, heck, even eons of waiting, we're finally going to get Community on Netflix. Or is Community back on Netflix? If it is, it's been so long since the show has been on the service I genuinely forgot that it was there.

Well, let's talk about it!

Oh yes, "Community" is coming to Netflix.

NBC

One of the greatest sitcoms in recent years, the thing that launched the careers of six actors (and Chevy Chase was there too) and one amazing writer, is going to be on a streaming service you most likely own.

This really excites fans, because for a while they were waiting for a movie. And who's known to produce movies more than anyone?

NBC

Netflix, that's who.

Even the cast is getting on the Netflix train:

"I mean, look, it's like, are we going to do the movie?" asked Alison Brie (Annie on the show). "I feel like if the Community movie ever gets made, it should just be made for Netflix."

"And it would be fun to do, but, I think it would be best if we could get everyone to do it, so I feel like that might be difficult."

But seriously, this is official!

The twitter account "Netflix is a Joke" tweeted out (along with a hilarious Senior Chang scene) that Community was, in fact, coming to Netflix at the beginning of April. April 1st to be exact.

And yes, that is April Fool's Day.

Calling it right now: they let you stream it on Netflix, but it's only going to be one episode or something.

Do you think it's a prank or do you think Netflix is too money-hungry for that? Let us know below in the comments!
