Sugary cereals are having a big moment in 2020, people. Lucky Charms has made a name for itself in the world of Pillsbury cookie dough, and hot chocolate. Lucky Charms and Cinnamon Toast Crunch also got their very own ice cream flavors, and Froot Loops has also had its moment to shine with its own Pop-Tarts and Peeps flavors.
If people aren't eating them as cereal anymore, they've gotta try to make a living elsewhere!
Instagrammer @junkbanter recently revealed the Captain would be teaming up with pancake icon Aunt Jemima to release a Berrytastic Pancake Mix.
As you can see, the Instagrammer seems to have somehow acquired a box to get to taste before everyone else, or at least a photo of them sent personally by someone from Quaker Oats Company.
All you have to do to whip them up is add water, which is always welcomed for those of us who a) cannot cook very well and b) have no time to make delicious things for breakfast.
People are already making Cap'n Crunch pancakes—duh!
So, we're coming full circle here, folks.
There's no exact date on when they'll be released, but according to @junkfoodbanter, we should see them "at least eventually"!
