Fans Are Just Realizing That James Corden Doesn't Actually Drive During Carpool Karaoke
There have been some really epic Carpool Karaoke moments so far.
And despite this recent turn of events, I don't want to take away from their awesomeness.
The one with Cardi B was a hilarious, awkward mess that I loved every second of.

They kicked things off, with Cardi's first major hit, "Bodak Yellow".
The two start rapping in unison, swear words and all.

At first, Cardi was rapping the clean version, but when she noticed James full-on yelling the b-word and Cardi was like, "oh you can say that on TV? OK!"

Okay, this one was major because the Jo-bros finally addressed their whole purity situation that we were wondering about for years.
They also sang all of their old hits, like "Love Bug," "Burnin' Up," and my personal favorite, "When You Look Me In My Eyes."
James Corden literally set each of them up with a lie detector test to ask them the burning question that we needed them to answer for far too long. What's the deal with their purity rings?

It was a truly legendary episode.

Xtina obviously killed it. She is a true icon.
But then things got doubly exciting when Melissa McCarthy showed up and joined the ride.
These were three people I for sure never thought I'd see in a car together.
Celine Dion's episode was a delight. Obviously.

They took a ride down the Las Vegas strip, belting all of Celine's classics like, "My Heart Will Go On".
And then, if that wasn't enough, they randomly sang "Baby Shark."

There are so many things I could say about this episode. But let me leave you with this:
At one point, Iggy and James are both wearing wedding dresses.
Need I say more?
Despite these iconic moments, fans are STILL left feeling disappointed after learning that all this time by pretending to drive, James' vehicle is actually being towed along.

That's right.
He replicates the actions of driving a car for our benefit, while in reality, his car is hitched to the back of a truck that somebody else is driving.
- Can't. Even.
James Corden has betrayed our trust and I honestly don't even know what to make of it?
Fans are realizing that he is, in fact, not actually driving during Carpool Karaoke.
A video was posted on Twitter by someone that spotted the latest episode of Carpool Karaoke being filmed with Justin Bieber.

The footage shows James' famous Range Rover on wheels, being towed by a truck.
Naturally, the fan reactions have been as expected: Mortified.
Most of the responses were along the lines of "my entire life has been a lie", and I can totally relate to that.
As shocking and disappointing as learning this was, it has taught us to be more critical thinkers.
Some people knew all along, others thought it was obvious that James was never driving.
Evidently, some of us are not that observant!
But you know what they say, safety first. I guess I can respect the fact that he isn't actually driving since he hardly seems to pay attention to the road.
