Breaded SPAM Patties Have Been Spotted At Costco

Have you ever had SPAM before? No, I'm not talking about all those e-mails that keep piling up in your junk mail folder. I'm talking about that unidentifiable canned ham product that emerged in 1937 and forever changed the world.

The product looks unappetizing, but people absolutely love it. Hawaii, itself, consumes 7 million cans of SPAM each year!

SPAM is proof that beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

From SPAM musabis, a type of Hawaiin SPAM sushi, to stir fries and sandwiches, people just can't get enough of the nostalgic treat.

Of course, everything tastes better breaded and fried, which is something people have been doing with their SPAM.

Like a SPAM cutlet, if you will.

There is evidence that SPAM is now marketing their own individual Breaded Pork Patties.

Marc Kharrat from Foodbeast spotted packages of them at a Costco in Fountain Valley, California.

Instagrammer @costcohiddengems spotted them as well at their own unnamed Costco in the freezer section.

The package shows the various ways SPAMmers might eat them, which are mainly Asian-inspired.

I can't tell if the breading makes them look more or less appetizing.

According to both posts, the product goes for $9.59.

It looks like this product may have just came out as there is no other information about the product online.

Have you spotted it at your local Costco yet? Let us know!
