Ryan Reynolds Gets Trolled During His Own Promo Video

Ryan Reynolds is currently promoting his film Free Guy, which is about a character who becomes aware that he is in a video game, and takes things into his own hands.

And, as usual, Reynolds is not doing any normal promotion. Everything he does is turned into a joke that fans eat up.

As Jodi Comer sits beside him to promote the film 'Free Guy', under her name on the screen it reads 'Emmy Winner'.

This is, of course, in reference to the fact that she won an Emmy for Killing Eve.

But Ryan Reynolds had something to say about that.

During the promotional video, the actor interrupts it to point out the fact that he doesn't have anything under his name when he appears on the screen.

“I’m sorry,” Reynolds said. “Do we really need to put the ‘Emmy winner’ thing there every time? Usually, it only appears at the beginning.”

“No, no, it’s amazing. You’re amazing in ‘Killing Eve’ – like so good! But maybe we can super in one of my awards?”

The screen proceeds to read with hilarious things Reynolds has been (or hasn't been) awarded for in the past.

Including Sexiest Man Alive.

Although barely any promo gets done for the film, it's just the kind of content we need to get us excited about his next movie.

After all, people love a comedic promotional video, especially when it includes Ryan Reynolds.
