This pie has been making a return around this time of year since 2012, so there's no real surprise here.

To be honest, I feel the same way, and I can't answer that for you aside from the fact that it's made from a sugar cookie crust.
It's then filled with vanilla custard and topped with rainbow sprinkles.

It doesn't seem to matter that it's not too festive, because people love it.

He said it tasted pretty good, but that the vanilla custard wasn't too prominent in the flavor profile of the pie, and if you really like sugar cookies, then this is the McDonald's dessert for you.
The only major downside to this pie is that it's only available at participating locations.
