Little Boy Melts Newlyweds' Hearts After Learning 'Two Princesses' Can Marry

Two lovely brides recount a heartwarming exchange on the day of their wedding.

A Beautiful Wedding

Bea Webster and Emma Webster-Mockett got married in a lovely ceremony in Glasgow on Valentine's Day 2017. The two glowing brides had their wedding photos taken in the Glasgow Botanic Gardens by Kirsty McLachlan, who beautifully captured the love between the two spouses.

Two Year Anniversary

For their second anniversary, Bea shared some lovely photos from their wedding as well as a lovely anecdote about a boy who saw them on their wedding day.

Wee boy: LOOK AT THOSE PRINCESSES! Boy’s mum: He thinks you both look like princesses Wee boy: Did one of you get married? Emma: We married each other! Wee boy:

Two Princesses

Emma shared her version of the story on Instagram as well, giving even more details about the charming interaction.

I heard him shout ‘OMG LOOK AT THOSE PRINCESSES!!’ So we went to speak to him, his mum said ‘he thinks you look like princesses’ and the boy said ‘did one of you get married?’ To which I said ‘we married each other’ and the mother said ‘see, 2 princesses!’ And the boy just looked so excited to have met us. I was a bit apprehensive about having our photos taken in public but people were congratulating us and smiling and telling us how beautiful we looked. I’ll never forget this moment.

Twitter Was In "Awwwwwwww"

Twitter was all up in their feelings over this sweet interaction, both in awe of the two brides' love and the little boy's darling understanding.

An Outpouring Of Love

It's hard not to be moved by people who are so obviously in love. Throw in an adorable and wise child and you have the recipe for viral gold.

Love Is Love

While people were in love with the gorgeous brides, they were also quick to point out the purity of children and how quick they are to understand things that are hard for adults to even understand.

A+ Parenting

People also pointed out how wonderful and open-minded the boy's mother was, expressing to her son that this is something that happens and that it's totally normal.

To all the people who cry "how will I explain it to my children???" when speaking out against gay marriage, this is how you do it. It's really this easy.

Similar Experiences

Other people shared their own lovely lesbian princess experiences from their weddings. One princess is great, but two? That's some dreamy romantic stuff right there.

A Lovely Story

It can seem like Twitter is just bad news and people arguing about how many towels you should have, so having a story like this go viral is such a blessing to our timelines.

Other 'Princesses' Chime In

Other folks who did some interesting things following their wedding shared similar stories. LilFallOfReign talks about heading through the zoo to feed giraffes with her wife during their wedding.

Kids were pointing out the princesses that day too.

The Happiest Day

All and all, Bea Webster and Emma Webster-Mockett's wedding day was the type of perfection you look for in life.

A Great Day All Around

If the photos don't translate it enough, it was a great day all around -- and it continues to be great months after the day itself judging from their social media.

Happy Bride

Just looking through Emma's Instagram page, you get the feeling that the good times are not stopping any time soon.

'A Glass Case Of Emotion'

And while Anchorman is as old as can be now, watered down by a sequel and new podcast, this still sums up the reaction to the story online.
