Kraft Introduces 'Salad Frosting' To Get Kids To Eat Their Veggies

Parents will take all the help they can get when it comes to trying to make their kids eat healthily.

Kraft has come up with an interesting way to do just that — by lying to your kids.

With some clever packaging and wording, and yes, a sprinkle of a white lie, Kraft is hoping that their new "salad frosting" will get kids to eat some veggies.

If there's one thing all parents can agree on, it's that kids hate eating their vegetables.

Trying to get kids to eat something healthy is every parent's eternal struggle.

Arguments over broccoli have caused many dinner meltdowns, and maybe you experienced one of these meltdowns just last night.

That's why Kraft has come up with a clever way to trick your kids into eating their veggies.

It's called "Salad Frosting" but it might be known to you by another name: ranch dressing.

Okay, so this isn't that revolutionary but the idea is that this sneaky little white lie will trick your kids into eating something green for once.

Kraft is rolling out this product as a part of a promotional campaign and contest.

They want parents to share the white lies they tell their children for a chance to win some of this limited-edition "frosting".

If you want to enter and win some salad frosting for you kids, share your best parenting lie with the hashtag #LieLikeAParent online.

Or, you know, you could just put some ranch dressing, put it in a pouch, and DIY your own salad frosting. Tell me how your kids like it!
