One thing that holds true about owning pets is that you never know what's going to drive them crazy. And even when you figure it out, it's not like they can tell you why they feel that way.
One thing that holds true about owning pets is that you never know what's going to drive them crazy. And even when you figure it out, it's not like they can tell you why they feel that way.
So while caring cat owners will shrug their shoulders and hide their cucumbers until their little precious isn't around, they may wonder if there's something out there that makes cats as unexpectedly happy as the vegetable makes them strangely scared.
This lovely little cat is named Pusic and his owners never knew that he would enter their lives.
That's because the couple, who haven't been identified, simply found him in a box on their doorstep after traveling out of town.
It took a while, but with love and extra vet care, they were able to nurse him back to health.
As his owners said on their website, he loves giving them hugs and kisses, which gained him a lot of admirers when they posted videos of him spreading the love on YouTube.
As they told Bored Panda, "We found out about Pusiс’s passion for toilet paper when he was little. He liked playing with it but we didn’t really encourage him as we try to keep our home in order and he already had many toys."
Toilet paper wouldn't have been my first guess, but I'm not in any position to judge.
My cat plays fetch with crumpled up sticky notes, so it would be unfair for me to say anything other than "to each their own."
So they bought 100 rolls of toilet paper and got to work covering this room in the stuff until they had used it all up.
It didn't seem to take long before those old memories came back to him and he took an excited leap into the collection before him.
One move that Pusic seemed to particularly enjoy was running from one end of the room to the other and sliding as he approached his destination.
This caused a bunch of the paper to bunch up every time.
Imagine an entire room filled with your favorite thing on earth. A room of cheese and crackers. A room of Bath and Body Works candles. A room of pillows or unopened stationary or Starbucks coffee...you get the idea.
And as the couple told Bored Panda, "Afterwards, Pusic had been sleeping like a rock until the evening, he had spent a lot of energy on all of this."
Time to interview my French Bulldog to figure out what inanimate household object makes her the most happy! I have a hunch that it's going to be the rubber bath mat.
And so, the highlights of his little adventure can be seen in the full video.
As one of his owners said, "It’s important to find time for your pets and let them enjoy life. To them, your attention and efforts are priceless."
